We handle the bear necessities
Wild Neighbor focuses on practical, non-lethal solutions that reduce conflict by identifying and addressing possible bear “attractants”, as well as educational opportunities — helping people and wildlife share space safely!
We focuses on small-scale deterrent systems that do not require building permits or any major construction. For larger-scale or specialty projects, we may coordinate with trusted subcontractors to preform work on behalf of Wild Neighbor.

Experiencing bear activity or possible denning under your home, raised patio, or other subfloor area? Wild Neighbor can help!
Inspect crawl space for active or previous bear activity
When/where safe and feasible, encourage bear(s) out from under crawl space areas using deterrents (bright lights, loud sounds, or possible physical stimulus)
Follow-up deterrents recommended: Unwelcome Mat, bear-resistant crawl space cover and electric wiring, and/or motion-activated sensor devices
NOTE: if bear cubs younger than 5-6 months are confirmed, Wild Neighbor will not attempt to evict bears to avoid separating mom and cubs
